Interior Design



Our interior designers love the challenges of shaping the experience of interior space to achieve a healthier and more aesthetically pleasing environment for our clients. They shape the experience of interior space, through the manipulation of spatial volume as well as surface treatment for the enhancement of human functionality. Our interior designers plan, research, coordinate and manage the projects from conceptual development, space planning, site inspections, programming, research, communicating with the stakeholders, construction management, and execution.



Planning and Development



Our experts will lead in further planning of the project, navigating through local and state regulations. Our planners will guide the site analysis, assessing optimal location and design a structure that works within the space and the program.



Facility Condition Assessments



Our qualified group of trained industry professionals will perform an analysis of the condition of a facility or group of facilities that may vary in terms of age, design, construction methods, and materials. This analysis involves walk-through inspection and/or mathematical modeling. It can be performed on government/public, commercial, and private facilities. Commercial property assessments are more product/service driven, and private inspections are typical of home inspections.
